Following a competitive bid process completed by its member towns and cities, CCM launched an Owner’s Representation Service for Energy Saving Performance Contracting (ESPC).
Energia serves as an Owner’s Representative, partnering with organizations to implement energy-saving improvements through Energy Saving Performance Contracts (ESPCs). This innovative approach allows organizations to upgrade their facilities without any upfront costs. Instead, the costs are covered over time using the savings generated from reduced energy bills, making it a budget-friendly and sustainable solution for municipalities.
As a preferred vendor within the CCM Energy Program, Energia drives non-dues revenue back to CCM through the successful projects we complete with member communities. These revenues help offset organizational costs and ultimately support long-term stability in CCM membership dues. For this reason, it’s in the collective interest of CCM members to utilize CCM-endorsed vendors whenever possible, especially those advancing cost-saving energy initiatives, like Energia.
