The CCM Salary Survey is currently offline as we transition to a new and enhanced platform.

CCM is undertaking a comprehensive redesign of the Salary Survey to provide Connecticut municipalities with broader, deeper, and more accessible information on municipal compensation, benefits, organizational structures, and workforce trends.

The new platform will feature expanded benchmarking tools, improved data collection capabilities, and enhanced reporting designed to better support local government leaders, human resources professionals, labor relations staff, and researchers.
