Mark Morehouse, Managing Director, William Blair
Mark is one of the leading P3 bankers in the nation, having been involved in such high-profile deals as the Chicago Parking Meter Concession and the privatization of Chicago Midway and San Juan Luis Munoz Marin (Puerto Rico) airports. In New England, he is currently serving as the P3 advisor to MassDOT on Project Span, which will privately finance a third crossing of the Cape Cod Canal.

Michael Andreana, Member, Pullman & Comley, LLC
Mike is a legal expert in tax-exempt financings, public-private development projects and tax credit transactions. He has counseled government entities with respect to the creation and use of special tax and special assessment districts and was the principal drafter of Public Act No. 15-57, Connecticut’s new TIF financing statute.

Michael Kalt, Managing Director, William Blair
Michael leads William Blair’s Commercial Real Estate Group and is nationally recognized in the area of credit-tenant lease financing. He has led successful transactions for such notable entities as Williams-Sonoma, the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, and St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System.
