The City of Torrington seeks qualified applicants for the position of Comptroller. This is a highly responsible position that includes administrative and professional work involving the supervision and control of the financial and budgeting services of the City's Finance department.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance with 5 to 6 years of experience in municipal government finance and 2 years of supervisory experience. Applicants must also have thorough knowledge of municipal accounting principles and standards.
