Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This training will fulfill the state of Connecticut requirement for all employees to receive training in sexual harassment prevention. Learn how to recognize and prevent sexual harassment, how to handle complaints and investigations, how to place sexual harassment prevention within the context of promoting a respectful work environment, and how to meet and exceed legal requirements.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
This session will cover:
- How to handle harassment complaints and investigations.
- How to promote a respectful work environment.
- Hot to Meet and exceed legal requirements.
Please note, registration is limited to the first 100 individuals.
