PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This installment of the CARES in Action series, attendees will learn about the National League of Cities’ Municipal Action Guide on “Responding to Racial Tension in Your City" and the U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service’s “Police Critical Incident Checklist.” Finally, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an engaging Q&A session where speakers will discuss proactive and collaborative strategies in Connecticut to promote police-community engagement and trust.
