Newly Elected Series: The Fundamentals of Municipal Government

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
CCM holds workshops for newly elected municipal officials after the November elections, every other year. This series is meant to provide to the basics for anyone new to municipal government and to serve as an opportunity to meet other municipal officials from around the state!
Municipal government is a complex system of various professionals in different fields working together to create a better community for their residents. This session will cover the ins and outs of what it is like to work and serve in municipal government. Success stories and common challenges will be shared.
