The Town of Prospect is requesting proposals from qualified firms with expertise in governmental forensic accounting, internal controls, compliance review, and financial oversight services to conduct an independent review of selected financial activities and transactions for fiscal years ending June 30, 2024 and June 30, 2025.

Proposals can be received via email (info@townofprospect.org), mail or dropped off at the Office of the Mayor, Prospect Town Hall, 36 Center Street, Prospect, Connecticut until 4:00 P.M. on August 1, 2026 at which time no further proposals will be considered. The Town of Prospect is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Specifications will be available on the town website and available for pick up at the Mayor’s Office. Proposals must be submitted per specifications in a sealed envelope and clearly marked, “BID ON INDEPENDENT FORENSIC ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL REVIEW SERVICES”.
The Mayor reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities, to divide the award, or to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the Town of Prospect.
