At CIRMA, as an Integration Business Analyst working on the Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in a collaborative work environment in cross-functional teams, contributing to the ongoing success of our members and organization, advancing our strategic technological initiatives.  Reporting to the Vice President of Risk Management & Business Analytics, this position requires strong communication skills and the drive to take on problem solving challenges with a high degree of ownership and delivery.  Innovative thinking, along with follow through on the development and implementation of solutions impacting core business functions and business processes, is key to supporting CIRMA’s strategic business plan.

Must Have Requirements back to top

  • 2-3 years of Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration BA experience
  • Strong oral, written and collaborative skills
  • Previous Agile (SCRUM) program experience
  • Experience with JIRA or Rally Agile tools
  • At least 1 year of prior Guidewire initial implementation project starting with Inception
  • Guidewire certification in version 9 or higher

  • Capture detailed business requirements for integrations
  • Convert business to technical requirements and determine if gaps exist
  • Facilitate workshops for requirements, data mapping and detailed designs
  • Create and maintain diagrams for integrations
  • Validate the developed code prior to hand off for functional testing
  • Document the acceptance criteria and review test cases
  • Strong ability for detailed planning regarding integration requirements, development, and functional testing at the task level
  • Familiarity with Guidewire accelerators
  • Analyze API, WSDL and validate using SOAP UI
  • Generate test data/messages/files as needed for sanity testing on integrations prior to Functional QA
