RESCHEDULED - Time Management 101: Improving Your Efficiency and Effectiveness

DUE TO UNFOREEABLE EVENTS, THIS WEBINAR HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, AUGUST 18TH.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW back to top

We all get the same 24 hours in each day. Why is it that some people achieve so much more with their time than others? Answer: Good time management.

Conceptually, time is a mystery; the minutes, hours, days, and years progress whether we manage anything or not. What we can do, however, is manage ourselves in respect to time. Thus, the term "time management" as used in this seminar is simply the process of organizing and planning how much time you spend on specific activities. Learning to manage your time effectively will reduce stress in your life, while at the same time improving efficiency, productivity, and personal satisfaction. This 2-hour webinar will be a good use of your time. The tools and strategies you gain will allow you to implement time-management techniques beneficial to you - both professionally and personally. The primary focus will be effective time management for improving efficiency at work. These same principals, however, give individuals the ability to maximize their time in every facet of life; providing you with:

  1. a method for organizing your priorities to manage your responsibilities, resulting in continued excellent work;
  2. an understanding of different styles of time management to help you discover what works for you;
  3. a SMART formula that can help ensure managers and employees share the same understanding of goals set during performance reviews and help toward effective and efficient goal achievement; and
  4. techniques to make you the master of your time, beginning with an awareness of how much time you regularly spend on the thoughts, conversations, and actions that increase your success
