Recent work has included looking into how communities handled Covid-related staffing issues and hiring and retention challenges.

The CT Municipal Data Salary Survey is a Human Resources tool to compare your municipalities to you neighbors. This resource offers salary and benefits information for over fifty positions (and growing!). Cities and towns rely on this information as they fill vacancies for these essential roles.
