Municipal Labor Relations Data Service

MUNICIPAL LABOR RELATIONS DATA SERVICE

CCM’s Municipal Labor Relations (MLR) Data Service is a part of the Research Department of our Municipal Resource and Service Center.

MLR Services

MLR provides key information to municipal leaders and Human Resources officials, including compensation benchmarks, collective bargaining agreements, sample job descriptions, and up to date information on labor relations news and trends to assist in hiring, retention and labor contract negotiations. Recent work has included looking into how communities handled Covid-related staffing issues and hiring and retention challenges.

Salary Survey

The CT Municipal Data Salary Survey is a Human Resources tool to compare your municipalities to you neighbors. This resource offers salary and benefits information for over fifty positions (and growing!). Cities and towns rely on this information as they fill vacancies for these essential roles.

Our robust report generator will give you the tools you need in the hiring and negotiation processes.

The Municipal Salary Survey is a joint project with the Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG).
