COVID-19 and the issues surrounding it are coming at us quickly. This webinar will provide an overview of recent Executive Orders signed by Governor Lamont and their affect on municipal operations. Municipal attorneys will describe the impact and intent over local municipal decision-making. There will be general overviews of:
• The CARE Act
• Executive Orders 7R and 7S
Executive Orders that are currently under consideration

A portion of this webinar will also be dedicated to addressing attendee questions and concerns.
