Selecting the best candidates from the start can avoid costly problems for organizations later.  This training will provide an overview of the background screening process from recruitment through the employee's start date.  It will include discussion of the legal issues and common pitfalls.  Best Practices for hiring processes and background screening procedures will be shared that follow applicable law and help enable employers to hire the right people.
