CCM’s 37th Annual Convention will again be held at Foxwoods Resort on Tuesday, December 3rd and Wednesday, December 4th. The Convention is CCM’s marquee event bringing together Connecticut municipal and state personnel of all levels. The events allow attendees to share experiences and discuss current regional, state, and national trends affecting their communities.

8:30 am – 11:00 am | "In the Weeds": Marijuana Legislation in Connecticut - Learning from Other States In this special session, you will hear from peers from Denver, Colorado, where recreational marijuana was legalized seven years ago. You will also hear from peers in Massachusetts, one of the most recent states to move forward with recreational marijuana. Topics will include what you need to know if and when Connecticut legalizes, what challenges you can expect in your town or city, and what policies should be considered as the 2020 CT General Assembly debates cannabis legalization. |

CCM's has a room block in the Fox Tower at Foxwoods. Rooms are $149 plus taxes and fees. The deadline to reserve a room is Friday, November 15th at noon.
