Minimally, a Bachelor's Degree from a accredited college or university; Master's Degree in Public Policy desirable. Minimum of five years experience in grant writing and administration. Previous experience with private, state and federal grant applications. Experience working in deadline-driven environment. Able to work well in team environment, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Ability to publicly present proposals to legislative committees, elected officials and donor organization. Knowledge of legislation pertaining to securing Brownfield's funding. Excellent writing and communication skills. Possess a valid Connecticut's Drivers License.
