Model Ordinances

CCM's Research and Information Service compiles the information it provides from a wide range of sources, including budgets, surveys, zoning regulations, and charter provisions. Listed below are examples of frequently requested ordinances available only to CCM-member officials (these lists are not all-inclusive by any means; member officials may request virtually any ordinance that they need).

Request a Model Ordinance

Requests for ordinances and other information may be made by calling the Service at 203/498-3000, e-mailing research@ccm-ct.org, or mailing requests to CCM's Research and Information Service at 900 Chapel Street, 9th Floor, New Haven, CT 06510.

(Please note that it is the Research and Information Service's policy to provide the chief executive officer of a member municipality with carbon copies of cover letters accompanying information provided to officials in his or her town.)
