CCM TO RELEASE MAJOR REPORT ON A “NEW WAY FORWARD” FOR CT CITIES AND TOWNS; EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DELONG SAYS “THIS REPORT IS DIFFERENT"

The Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM), led by key mayors and first selectmen, will present a major report on a “new way forward” for Connecticut cities and towns on January 25 that represents significantly new and different thinking by Connecticut municipal leaders, emphasized Joe DeLong, CCM Executive Director. 
 
The news conference will take place on Wednesday, January 25 at 11 a.m. at Wethersfield’s Keeney Memorial Cultural Center, located at 200 Main Street in Wethersfield. CCM’s State-Local Partnership Panel worked for months to develop this ground-breaking package of state legislative initiatives for the 2017 General Assembly.
