Changes in technology and evolving resident expectations make effective communication more challenging than ever.  But it also creates new opportunities for improving transparency and citizen engagement. Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton and New Britain Mayor Erin Stewart seem to have figured it out. They will share their insights on the best uses of social media and websites, as well as traditional vehicles for getting out the messages your residents need and demand.
