New Milford Gets Ready for Sale of Town-Owned Property

The Town of New Milford gives notice pursuant to the Town Charter of the request for submission of proposals for the purchase of Town-Owned Real Property. The property is a former school building and current Town administrative office located at 50 East Street, New Milford, CT.

All Proposers must submit the Town of New Milford Project Proposal Form and an earnest money deposit by December 19, 2016, 3:00 p.m. to the Town of New Milford Purchasing Department, Town of New Milford, 10 Main Street, New Milford, CT 06776. Mark the outside of the sealed envelope “RFP for 50 East Street, New Milford.” Submissions received after that time will be considered informal and rejected.
