The goal of the workshop will be to provide members and affiliates clarity on changes to the "6-month rule."  It is intended to allow stakeholders the opportunity to engage in a productive discussion with DAS regarding how change orders will be handled moving forward and what will be done to address change orders already submitted.  The workshop will include a moderated Q&A to provide members and DAS the opportunity to clarify intent and understanding of the "6-month rule."
