  • Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a Minor in Program Evaluation
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

  • Directed first national evaluations of the federal Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) program

      • Highway Superintendent/Fleet Manager
    • Fleet Manager/Highway Superintendent/Solid Waste Manager

  • Attended Central Connecticut State College
  • Actively served four years in the US Coast Guard 1967-71 air/sea rescue
