Ease of Reporting Claims
When a loss occurs, CIRMA’s award-winning web-based claims handling system speeds resolution of the claim, thereby minimizing the time member spend reporting and monitoring claims.
Claim Search
CIRMA is pleased to announce the availability of web-based access to our claims system so that you can view your claim information in your office or anywhere else.
This new service will allow you to have access to:
- Claim details
- Financial details of the claim
- Paid-to-date information
- Outstanding reserves by category
- Recoveries and total incurred losses
- Details of payments
- Reports online, including customized reports if necessary
The benefits of Web-based access:
With on-line access to your claims information you will be able to look up information on your own without having to contact your claims adjuster.
The system will be open to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This allows you to set your own schedule for obtaining the information you need.
Computer requirements:
- Minimum 2GHz Processor (or 3GHz when ordering new-dual core preferred)
- Minimum 512MB RAM for Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, or Windows XP (or 1GB when ordering new)
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or 6.0
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 (iVOS 4.0, iVOS 4.1)
- Microsoft Word and Excel (2000 or 2003)
- Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0
Training:
CIRMA will provide basic training on IVOS web-based claims management.
