• Comprehensive enterprise risk assessments.  These assessments help identify the loss exposures and risk drivers in municipal or school operations. They will help members better understand their entity’s risks and provide a benchmark for measuring change. 
• Stewardship reports.  These annual reports provide an in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of the member’s loss history and loss trends. The information is used by CIRMA to develop and monitor a tailored risk management action plan that includes loss prevention and loss reduction strategies. This report is also used to review the member’s risk management program against CIRMA's best practices, and to measure the effectiveness of these programs year-to-year. 
• Onsite consultative services. CIRMA’s risk management consultant works closely with members to create and implement risk management objectives and customized action plans to control, eliminate, or reduce risk exposures and loss.
