CIRMA Claims Management Services
CIRMA provides claims management services for insured and self-insured workers' compensation, police and firefighter heart and hypertension, general liability, automobile liability, law enforcement liability, public officials liability, school leaders liability, automobile physical damage, property, and boiler and machinery coverage.
Each CIRMA member, whether in the Pool or self-insured, is assigned a team of claims professionals who investigate all claims, provide prompt and fair settlements where claims are proper, vigorously defend claims when appropriate, and keep members fully informed of claims activity.
CIRMA Claims Philosophy
It is our philosophy to consistently provide the highest quality claims management services to our members in the most professional manner.
All reported claims are investigated to determine exposure to the member. Claims that indicate exposure are evaluated and settled equitably. Those that indicate no exposure will be resisted. We have established an aggressive claim handling policy which seeks to identify and resolve any claims with legal liability exposure and resist those that have no merit.
