Assists the Director of Planning and Zoning/Town Planner/Zoning Enforcement Coordinator (herein after "Director") and the Deputy Director of Planning and Zoning/Assistant Town Planner (herein after "Deputy Director") in the preparation of agendas, gathering information for report and research analysis, and reviewing site plans and subdivisions. Assists in determining and directing change in the community. Monitors development trends and interprets such trends to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Prepares agendas, minutes, files and attends the meetings for the Architectural Review Committee.

Must Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Urban or City Regional Planning or related field plus 5 years of planning experience; or a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Planning or related field plus 3 years of experience.
