Job Title: Town Manager

Town Manager. Starting salary 100K+ negotiable DOQ/E plus benefits. Ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in economic development, grant acquisition, goal-setting, regionalization of services and community development functions. Bachelor's and/or master's degree in public administration or related field preferred with several years of progressively responsible local government management experience serving as town manager/assistant town manager in a municipality with 60 or more employees. The current town budget including schools (MS/HS regional) is $33 million. Five member Board of Selectmen elected at-large with four-year overlapping terms. Strategically located in Central Connecticut 15 miles south of Hartford and 2 hours from Boston and New York. Hebron is a 37 square mile rural community with outstanding schools, state and town recreational facilities, parks, open space, lovely homes and land for residential and business growth. No residency requirement.
