Statewide association seeks a Government Finance Policy Analyst to conduct governmental and intergovernmental finance research, analysis and policy development. Works with other staff in developing public policy and plays key role in analyzing, presenting financial, economic and other public-policy information. Master's degree in public administration, government, economics, or planning, and a minimum of 3 years experience in intergovernmental finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination. This is not an internal financial analyst position, but one dealing with public policy. Excellent analytical ability; interpersonal, communication (including writing and presentation) skills; ability to analyze intergovernmental finance problems and to propose solutions, excellent computer skills.
