Keynote Speaker An exciting and entertaining session featured "Get Real! Understanding Today's Economy and Tomorrow's New Future."

Dr. Lowell Catlett, economic futurist and keynote speaker

Lowell Catlett, a futurist and Ph.D economist, gave the keynote address. Noted for his upbeat presentations and exciting lecture style, Catlett presented "GET REAL! Understanding Today's Economy and Tomorrow's New Future," focusing on the current state of the economy and changes it holds in store for towns and cities and all of us.

Learning to break barriers to achieve mutual consensus is essential to keep local government functioning smoothly.
