The biggest day all year for Connecticut municipal officials is coming! If you don’t join us on Wednesday, October 24, you’ll miss hundreds of local government leaders from every corner of the state!

The Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM), the statewide association of towns and cities, invites you to reserve a 10 x 10 ft. exhibit space at CCM’s 25th Annual Convention and Exposition, set for October 24 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, Connecticut.

More than 500 key municipal officials, elected and appointed, from towns and cities throughout the state, will attend CCM’s annual Convention and Exposition. This program is – by far – the largest annual gathering of Connecticut municipal leaders. Governor Rell and other key state and local leaders will be invited to address the 2007 conventioneers.

The trade show is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our convention schedule offers extended periods of time for municipal officials to tour the exhibit area. To ensure officials visit as many exhibits as possible throughout the day, a number of activities, such as a continental breakfast, luncheon desserts, and raffles, are held in the exhibit hall.

Through Friday, June 22, CCM Business Associates and last year’s exhibitors will be considered first for exhibit space at the convention. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis – so reserve early! After June 22, all applications accompanied by payment will be considered equally on a first-come, first-served basis.
