Keynote Session
Hear an exciting keynote address focusing on leadership
— how to create it, how to commit to it, and how
to motivate others to achieve it. Everyone in municipal
government plays a role in its success, and each individual
has the power to lead. Attend this informative
session to help you and your community succeed.
Municipal Showcase
Connecticut's Hometown Leaders
CCM’s Municipal Showcase will feature Connecticut’s
local municipal leaders — mayors, first selectmen,
city/town managers — with displays of stories and
photographs depicting who and what inspired them to
devote their life to public service. Plus, school superintendants
have been asked to solicit students’ definitions
of leadership, which will be included in the display.

leaders.
