SPEAKER
Glenn Klocko
Mr. Klocko is an experienced seminar leader with over 25 years of professional experience, in
addition to 10 years of elected experience. He has served as the Comptroller for the City of
Bristol for nearly nine years. He previously served ten years as Director of Finance for
the Town of Avon. He is a Certified Public Finance Officer. Mr. Klocko also serves on the
Southington Board of Finance. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Connecticut
and the University of Hartford. Mr. Klocko received his undergraduate degree from Central
Connecticut State University and his master’s degree from the University of Hartford.
