Please join us for a panel discussion on the recently adopted
High Performance Building Construction Standards for State-Funded
Buildings
John Ruckes and Ray Wilson from the Office of Policy and Management, Bruce Bochstael, FAIA, from the Department of Public Works and Craig Smith from the Bureau of School Facilities will speak about the recently adopted High Performance Building Construction Standards for State-Funded Buildings and the corresponding Building Standard Guidelines Compliance Manual that accompanies the Regulations.
This meeting is being co-hosted with AIA Connecticut and the Coalition for the Adoption of a Unified Code
8:30 a.m. Registration and Coffee
9:00 a.m. The Panel members will discuss the implementation and enforcement of these recently
adopted Regulations and speak to the process that their Department or Agency has
established when working with those in the Design and Construction industry when these
regulations are involved. A question and answer period will follow the Panel Presentation.
A minimum of 2 CES hour will be awarded for this program.
COST per attendee
- $8.00 for AIA members and Senior Associate AIA members (Member pricing is being offered to all Industry Association members)
- $5.00 for Associate AIA members
- $16.00 for non-member Architects
