SUMMARY

Participants will learn to identify, take action and distinguish potential sexual harassment issues before they occur. This workshop is a highly participatory session and focuses directly on improving skills to handle sexual harassment issues or complaints with greater confidence. This workshop teaches managers and supervisors the policies, procedures, and practices that reduce their exposure to sexual harassment liability. SPEAKERS Jeffrey Rogers

Mr. Rogers received a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from Keene State College in 2000 and is currently working towards a designation in Associate in Risk Management (ARM). He has been working in the field of Risk Management for over 6 years. He provides technical assistance, training, hazard identification, and accident investigation services for CIRMA’s Workers’ Compensation and LAP pool members. Mr. Rogers currently sits on the University of Connecticut Advisory Board for Environmental Safety and Occupational Health. WHERE Granby, CT
