Interested in the first steps in creating a better working relationship between your local fire chief, union members and chief elected officials?

This workshop will lay the foundation necessary for better cooperation among these parties and do it in a manner that can be used in municipalities across the state.

Attendees will learn techniques for effective and efficient communication among key stakeholders in Connecticut's local fire service.

Handson exercises will emphasize the value of communication and enhance local partnerships.
