SUMMARY

Driving defensively means not only taking responsibility for yourself and your actions but also keeping an eye on “the other guy”. This course teaches drivers how to monitor driver and road conditions and defensive driving techniques. Attendees receive a workbook and will be asked to complete a written test near the end of the class. Participants receive the National Safety Council DDC-4 Certification and wallet card after successfully completing this workshop.

Participants need to bring their driver's license or license number to the workshop.

Defensive Driving is one of many informative workshops CIRMA provides its members. Designed for both supervisors and employees, these workshops teach the core safety and risk management skills you need to safely perform your job and control losses.

For more information about CIRMA Workshops, please email CIRMA at cirmaworkshop@ccm-ct.org.
