The Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM), Connecticut’s association of cities and towns, seeks a Training & Education Program Administrator for our Member Services Division.

Responsibilities include developing, planning and coordinating workshops, seminars, and annual convention sessions for our membership. Develop relationships with local colleges and universities to build programs for municipal employees. Continually locate, establish and evaluate relationships with possible speakers and other subject matter experts. Travel within CT required.

A Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of experience in events planning, marketing or equivalent, a valid CT Drivers License and proficiency with Windows-based word processing and spreadsheets is required.
