The Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM), CT’s private non-profit association of cities and towns, seeks and Communications Assistant.

Responsibilities include researching and writing a variety of articles for CCM’s flagship magazine and other digital and print publications.

This position requires exceptional organizational and communications skills, superior writing and editing skills, the ability to coordinate and prioritize competing deadlines, excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher, and the desire to work in a fast paced environment. A bachelor degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field and 1-2 years’ of experience is required.
