The Town of Andover, CT is seeking a qualified applicant to serve as its Town Administrator.
Position Overview: The Town Administrator shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Town of Andover responsible to the Board of Selectmen for the supervision, direction and administration of all Town departments, agencies and offices, except the Board of Education and Town agencies whose head or members are elected by popular vote.

Candidate must hold a minimum of a baccalaureate degree.
- Strategic planning and municipal management.
- Preparation and administration of a public-sector budget.
- Public sector collective bargaining units, Connecticut labor practices and procedures, and employee management.
- Obtaining and managing grants.
