In a letter to CCM, representative State Representative Claire L. Janowski thanks CCM for "bringing to the attention of the Transportation Committee the issue involving the local bridge funding projects and how it was erroneously described in the budget mitigation recommendations that were presented to the Governor as well as the Legislature."

Representative Janowski's letter also states that "it was clear that CCM's expertise on this issue is well regarded and played a significant part in clarifying the matter to the benefit of the program and the towns impacted by the shortfall."
