CCM URGES THE LEGISLATURE & THE GOVERNOR TO:

• Make permanent the present rates of the local portion of the real estate conveyance tax. These rates will sunset (expire) on July 1 unless the General Assembly and Governor act.
• Not allow municipal revenue to be lost to special interest groups.
