It can be an impactful way for municipal leaders to connect with stakeholders, provide updates on projects and activities, share opportunities and resources, garner support in improving the community, and build an online community and following. Having a social presence is necessary in this day and age. It provides a powerful and preferred method of connecting with all your constituents – from residents and businesses to other town leaders and your municipal services partners.
