PROGRAM OVERVIEW back to top

How do we react to negative questions from the media? How do we work to accentuate the good when so often the media wants to focus on the bad? How do municipal officials tell their stories on their own terms, rather than someone else’s? This is the focus of “Communicating to Win: Communications Is What You Make Of It,” Sullivan & LeShane Public Relations, Inc.’s time-tested curriculum on how to always let your own key messages guide you in telling the stories you need to tell, to any key audience. This interactive, multi-media presentation, which contains appropriate video examples of both the good and the bad in public communication, gives participants an entirely new way of looking at communication; a way that decidedly works to their advantage.
